Iuel, owner of Valdemar's Castle) pasted on to pasted down front end-paper). Internally nice and clean. Rare first edition of Freyer’s introduction to universal history. This book, along with his Vorbereitung zur Universalhistorie, provided structured and accessible guides to understanding world history aiming to integrate a broad historical perspective into educational material.
They were widely used in schools and universities influencing teaching methods and shaping historical studies in Protestant Germany.
