Folio. (42,5 x 28 cm.). Loose, sewn 4 by 4 leaves in portfolio with ties. Title-page and 9 pp. written in a fine, large legible hand, but unidentified, in brown ink. Having 5 (No 1-5) manuscript maps and plans in double folio with some hand-colouring. On good thick paper, clean and fine.
