Scarce first German edition of his "Elementa physices". Musschenbroek's famous experiments can be studied here, which contain many illustrations; they deal with the mechanics of rigid bodies, air pressure, heat, cohesion, capillarity, phosphorescence, magnetism, and electricity. Many of these experiments have become classics in elementary instruction.
