Royal8vo. Nine parts bound with the original printed wrappers in two nice contemporary red half calf bindings with richly gilt spines. Book plate of "Le Comte Louis Tascher de Lapagerie" pasted on to pasted down front end-paper in both volumes. Bindings with light soiling and corner bumped. Inner hindges partly split but bookblocks firmly attached. Very light occassional brownspotting - an overall nice copy. (2), VIII, 645; (4), 610, (2) pp. + 30 coloured plates. Complete.
